研究目的:

(1)建立人工智能超声心动图肺动脉高压诊断及临床分类预测模型; (2)预测模型用于肺动脉高压诊断和临床分类,以及预测模型可达到的医师年资水平。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Establish a predictive model for the diagnosis and clinical classification of pulmonary hypertension based on artificial intelligence-echocardiographic data; (2) Apply the developed model to the diagnosis and classification of pulmonary hypertension and evaluate the level of diagnostic accuracy it achieves across different grades of physicians.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄≥18周岁; ②接受右心导管检查和超声心动图检查疑诊肺动脉高压患者; ③同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients suspected of having pulmonary hypertension who have undergone both right heart catheterization and echocardiography; 3. Willingness to participate in this study and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准:

①超声心动图检查和右心导管检查之间间隔超过30天的 ②超声心动图缺乏三尖瓣反流或反流频谱不完整 ③超声心动图图像质量差或右心导管数据不全 ④心律失常包括心房颤动,心房扑动,房室传导阻滞 ⑤妊娠哺乳患者 ⑥精神疾病者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Intervals exceeding 30 days between echocardiography and right heart catheterization; 2. Absence of tricuspid regurgitation or incomplete tricuspid regurgitation spectral data on echocardiography; 3. Poor echocardiographic image quality or incomplete right heart catheterization data; 4. Presence of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrioventricular block; 5. Pregnancy or lactation ; 6. Presence of psychiatric disorders .

Blinding refers to concealing the identity of different senior echocardiographic physicians. During the interpretation of echocardiographic results, the physicians are unaware of the diagnosis and classification of pulmonary hypertension based on the results of right heart catheterization.
