研究目的：

1）探索重度阿尔兹海默病患者嗅觉识别能力与认知功能变化的关联性，分析特定气味嗅觉障碍是否可作为认知衰退的指标。 2）建立嗅觉-认知-MR海马的多维关系模型：研究嗅觉识别能力、认知功能变化与MR海马的协同关联，揭示嗅觉功能在 AD 病理进程中的潜在作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To investigate the association between olfactory identification ability and cognitive function changes in patients with severe Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to analyze whether specific odor identification impairment may serve as an indicator of cognitive decline. 2) To establish a multidimensional relationship model integrating olfactory-cognitive-MR hippocampal measures: by examining the synergistic associations among olfactory identification ability, cognitive function changes, and magnetic resonance (MR) hippocampal parameters, this study aims to untangle the potential role of olfactory dysfunction in the pathological progression of AD.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 50 岁以上；
2.自愿或在监护人愿意加入本研究，并签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.age 50 or above;
2.voluntary participation or willingness of a guardian to participate in the study, with the signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

1.具有明确病因的非阿尔茨海默病痴呆病史；
2.合并有严重焦虑症、抑郁症、精神分裂症等心理疾病和精神疾病史，神志明显异常者；
3.具有严重影响自身生活能力的全身疾病史；
4.长期服用精神类药物；
5.既往有颅脑外伤史并有后遗症者；
6.拒不配合或无法配合完成认知功能检查者；
7.临床资料收集不全；
8.存在鼻息肉、鼻中隔弯曲、鼻肿瘤或鼻外伤等相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.a history of dementia of a known non-AD cause;
2.history of severe psychological or psychiatric disorders such as severe anxiety, depression, or schizophrenia, with evident cognitive abnormalities;
3.history of systemic diseases severely affecting the ability to live independently;
4.long-term use of psychotropic drugs;
5.history of traumatic brain injury with sequelae;
6.refusal or inability to cooperate in cognitive function tests;
7.incomplete clinical data;
8.related diseases such as nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum, nasal tumors, or nasal trauma.
