研究目的：

以《带状疱疹相关性疼痛诊疗管理手册》 2023年7月版为基础，基于德尔菲法、问卷调查法等，通过对带状疱疹相关性疼痛标准化诊断筛查及收治流程的优化以及临床初步验证，为进一步开展与实施SOP提供基础与客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the July 2023 edition of the "Diagnosis and Treatment Management Manual for Herpes Zoster Associated Pain", using methods such as Delphi and questionnaire surveys, this study aims to provide a foundation and objective basis for the further development and implementation of SOP by optimizing the standardized diagnosis screening and treatment process for herpes zoster associated pain, as well as preliminary clinical validation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

专家选择：纳入职称为正高/主任医师，工作年限超过10年。 患者纳入： （1）年龄在18岁以上或有监护人的18岁以下未成年人； （2）知情并同意参与研究； （3）初诊。 （4）因单侧神经节段走行的疼痛伴或不伴有水疱性皮疹而就诊疑似HZP患者。

Inclusion criteria

Expert selection: Inclusion in the professional title of Senior Physician/Chief Physician, with more than 10 years of work experience. Patient inclusion: (1) Minors under 18 years old who are over 18 years old or have guardians; (2) Informed and agreed to participate in the research; (3) Initial diagnosis. (4) Suspected HZP patient seeking medical attention due to pain in the unilateral ganglion segment with or without vesicular rash.

排除标准：

患者排除： （1）合并有其他严重疾病不能配合完成研究。 （2）有精神、智力障碍或无法配合研究的病例； （3）已确诊疼痛由其他疾病引起。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient exclusion: (1) Other serious illnesses cannot be combined to complete the study. (2) Cases with mental or intellectual disabilities or inability to cooperate with research; (3) Confirmed pain caused by other diseases.
