研究目的：

探究一款新型软件“老年失能预防神经语言居家训练系统”改善失能老年人言语障碍的疗效是否非劣效于治疗师指导下的常规言语康复治疗，以期为存在言语功能障碍的失能老年人提供新型、便利的居家康复手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the efficacy of a new software "Elderly Disability Prevention Neuro-Linguistic Training System" in improving speech disorders in disabled elderly people is not inferior to routine speech rehabilitation treatment under the guidance of a therapist, with a view to providing disabled elderly people with speech disorders. People provide new and convenient methods of home rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

①年龄60~85岁； ②由临床医生或治疗师诊断或主诉存在发音不清晰、不连续等语音/构音问题； ③学历初中及以上； ④能够自主学会或在家人及护工帮助下使用平板电脑进行居家语言训练； ⑤长期或研究期间居住于北京地区。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age ranged from 60 to 85 years; 2 Diagnosis or complaint of pronunciation/arthritic problems such as unclear pronunciation and discontinuity by a clinician or therapist; 3 Junior high school education or above; 4 Be able to learn independently or use a tablet computer with the help of family members and caregivers for home language training; 5 Living in Beijing for a long time or during the study period.

排除标准：

①患有老年痴呆或严重的认知障碍以及其它重大的精神类疾病； ②有严重的视觉/听觉障碍无法配合完成研究者； ③既往有咽喉部肿瘤病史或咽喉部、声带手术史； ④不能配合完成研究或不愿签署知情同意书的。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Suffering from Alzheimer's disease or severe cognitive impairment and other major mental illnesses; 2 Those who have severe visual/hearing impairment and are unable to cooperate to complete the study; 3 Previous history of throat tumors or throat and vocal cord surgeries; 4 Unable to cooperate in completing the study or unwilling to sign the informed consent form.

本研究将在治疗开始前为每位居家治疗组患者分发一台品牌型号相同的平板电脑，设备名称及型号为：华为荣耀平板8 HEY-W09，要求患者在研究人员指导下学会使用“老年失能预防神经语言居家训练系统”，此后将在此平板电脑上的居家训练系统中进行言语评估与训练，不再接受常规言语治疗。患者每天练习30-40min，每周练习5次，为期4周。

Intervention：

This study will distribute a tablet with the same brand and model to each patient in the home treatment group before the start of treatment. The device name and model are Huawei Glory Tablet 8HEY-W09. Patients will be required to learn to use the "Elderly Disability Prevention Neurolinguistic Home Training System" under the guidance of researchers. Afterwards, speech assessment and training will be carried out in the home training system on this tablet, and routine speech therapy will no longer be received. Patients practiced for 30-40 minutes a day, 5 times a week for 4 weeks.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由研究者负责起草研究CRF，数据通过CRF进行采集，并交由武汉市参天大树信息科技有限公司采用CRF终版版本为基础，进行EDC电子数据采集系统构建，系统支持电子签名，权限控制，痕迹管理。本研究由BRPMC负责起草《数据管理计划》和《数据核查计划》。数据管理计划为针对本项目全过程的数据管理工作细节描述、时间计划以及各方职责分工。由PBRPMC和研究者在研究方案定稿后，项目启动前签署定稿。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researcher is responsible for drafting and studying CRF, and the data is collected through CRF, which is handed over to Wuhan Shentian Dashu Information Technology Co., Ltd. to build an EDC electronic data collection system based on the final version of CRF. The system supports electronic signature, authority control and trace management. In this study, BRPMC is responsible for drafting Data Management Plan and Data Verification Plan. The data management plan is the detailed description, time plan and division of responsibilities of all parties for the whole process of this project. After the research scheme is finalized by PBRPMC and researchers, it will be signed before the project starts.
