研究目的：

本研究拟通过对出生情况正常的 3~6 月龄婴儿，以及出生情况异 常(早产、低体重、伴宫内窘迫或窒息等情况)的纠正 3~6 个月婴儿同时进行 HINE 婴儿神经学检查和 PDMS-2 运动发育量表测试，探讨在正常儿和高危儿两类不同的群体中，HINE 婴儿神经学检查与 PDMS-2 量表的相关性，试图为不同群体中 6 月龄以内婴儿运动发育 水平评估量表的选择提供参考，为两量表在脑瘫高危儿早期诊断中的 应用价值提供参考。为基层医院探索更高效的筛查模式提供临床试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct both the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE) and the Peabody Developmental Motor Scales-2 (PDMS-2) assessments on two groups of infants: infants aged 3-6 months with normal birth conditions, and infants with abnormal birth conditions (such as prematurity, low birth weight, complicated with intrauterine distress or asphyxia, etc.) with a corrected age of 3-6 months. It aims to explore the correlation between the HINE and the PDMS-2 in two different groups (normal infants and high-risk infants), attempting to provide references for the selection of assessment scales for motor development levels in infants under 6 months of age in different groups, as well as references for the application value of the two scales in the early diagnosis of high-risk infants with cerebral palsy. Additionally, it seeks to provide clinical trial evidence for primary hospitals to explore more efficient screening models.

纳入标准：

健康组（出生情况正常的3~6月龄婴儿） 纳入标准：足月儿；出生史正常；年龄3~6月龄婴儿；儿童监护人知情同意且愿意接受调查。 异常组出生情况异常(早产、低体重、伴宫内窘迫或窒息等情况)的纠正3~6个月婴儿 纳入标准如下：存在产前、产时或产后各种高危因素的高危儿;矫正月龄3~6月龄；儿童监护人长期抚养儿童且了解儿童生长发育情况。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy Group (infants aged 3-6 months with normal birth conditions) Inclusion criteria: Full-term infants; normal birth history; aged 3-6 months; informed consent obtained from the child's guardian(s) who are willing to participate in the survey. Abnormal Group (infants with abnormal birth conditions [such as preterm birth, low birth weight, complicated with intrauterine distress or asphyxia, etc.] and a corrected age of 3-6 months) Inclusion criteria: High-risk infants with various high-risk factors during the prenatal, intrapartum, or postpartum periods; corrected age of 3-6 months; the child's guardian(s) have been raising the child for a long time and are aware of the child's growth and development status.

排除标准：

听力障碍、其他明显精神发育障碍的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with hearing impairment or other obvious psychodevelopmental disorders.
