研究目的：

通过研究急性胰腺炎患者住院期间CT影像肌肉质量变化，探索肌肉质量对急性胰腺炎预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of muscle mass on the prognosis of acute pancreatitis by examining changes in CT imaging muscle mass during hospitalization in patients with acute pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-75岁； （2）发病在72h以内； （3）明确诊断为AP； （4）入院3天内有我院腹部CT影像。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Onset within 72h; 3. Clear diagnosis of AP; 4. CT image of the abdomen in our hospital within 3 days of admission.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； （2）慢性胰腺炎急性发作者或继发于肿瘤等其他病因的患者； （3）曾行胰腺切除术者； （4）影像和临床资料不完善的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with acute onset of chronic pancreatitis or secondary to other etiologies such as tumors; 3. Patients who have undergone pancreatectomy; 4. Patients with imperfect imaging and clinical data.
