研究目的：

基于临床特征、血浆及尿液代谢物、早期神经发育评估及神经影像学检查等，建立一套早产儿神经发育迟缓的早期筛查和预测体系，为早期识别神经发育迟缓高危儿、个性化开展早产儿神经发育早期干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a prediction model for the pre-screening of neurodevelopmental delay among preterm infants, based on clinical features, plasma and urine metabolites, early child developmental assessments, and neuroimaging. To provide a reference for early screening and intervention of neural deficits in high-risk infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入2025.4开始在我院和分中心新生儿科收治的胎龄小于37周的早产儿。监护人同意参与并配合该项研究（签署知情同意书），依从性好、配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

Preterm infants with gestational age <37?weeks admitted to our hospital and sub centers from August 2025 were included. Those whose parents or legal guardians consented to the study to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

合并严重先天畸形及遗传代谢疾病的早产儿；监护人不同意参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Infants with severe congenital malformations and inherited metabolic diseases; the guardians did not agree to participate in the study.
