研究目的:

本研究通过开发多细胞原代肝脏类器官模型,为研究肝脏基础生理功能、肝脏再生、肝脏疾病的机制与治疗干预提供一个良好的体外模型,并为后续开发血管化的、多分区的原代肝脏类器官研究奠定基础。同时,这些类器官也将成为药物筛选、毒性测试和再生医学应用的有力工具。  

Objectives of Study:

This study developed a multi-cell primary liver organoid model, providing a favorable in vitro model for researching the basic physiological functions of the liver, liver regeneration, and the mechanisms and treatments of liver diseases. It also laid the foundation for the subsequent development of vascularized and multi-region liver organoid research. At the same time, these organoids will also become powerful tools for drug screening, toxicity testing, and regenerative medicine applications.

纳入标准:

18-80岁;
1.性别不受限;
2.行肝切除术患者;
3.生物样本库保存的肝脏标本符合研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

18-80 year-old;
1.Both men and wemon;
2.Hepatectomy;
3.The liver specimens stored in the biological sample bank meet the requirements of the research.

排除标准:

1.弱势群里:包括孕妇,儿童,哺乳期妇女,精神障碍,文盲等。

Exclusion criteria:

1.The disadvantaged groups: include pregnant women, children, lactating women, those with mental disorders, and illiterate individuals, etc.
