研究目的:

探究不同时间频率的闪烁光对人眼脉络膜厚度以及M/P通路功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

Research Purpose: To explore the effects of flickering lights with different temporal frequencies on human choroidal thickness and the function of the M/P pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.18-30周岁成人; 2.双眼屈光度均小于+1.00D大于-6.00D,屈光参差小于1.50D; 3.双眼散光≤1.0; 4.最佳矫正视力≥1.0; 5.临界闪烁融合频率≥20 Hz。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged 18–30 years; 2. Refractive error of both eyes is less than +1.00D and greater than -6.00D, with anisometropia less than 1.50D; 3. Astigmatism of both eyes <= 1.0D; 4. Best corrected visual acuity >= 1.0; 5. Critical flicker fusion frequency >= 20 Hz.

排除标准:

1.伴有任何眼部器质性疾病(如白内障、青光眼、黄斑变性等); 2.既往眼部手术史; 3.全身健康状况不佳(如心脏疾病,呼吸系统疾病)或认知障碍、神经或精神系统等疾病(如癫痫)以及不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of any organic eye diseases (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, etc.); 2. A history of eye surgery; 3. Poor general health (e.g., heart disease, respiratory diseases), or presence of cognitive impairment, neurological or psychiatric diseases (e.g., epilepsy), as well as those who are unable to cooperate.

Stimulate the M pathway with a low - contrast red - green reversing dartboard pattern at a reversal rate of 1 Hz, and stimulate the P pathway with a 10% - contrast black - white reversing dartboard pattern at a reversal rate of 15 Hz, with a viewing distance of 1 meter.
