研究目的：

评估超显微淋巴管-静脉吻合术手术在不同阶段继发性淋巴水肿患者中的疗效和安全性。确定最佳的手术时机和患者选择标准。探索术后康复过程中的最佳管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultra microscopic lymphatic vein anastomosis surgery in patients with secondary lymphedema at different stages. Determine the optimal surgical timing and patient selection criteria. Explore the best management strategies for postoperative rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为早期或晚期继发性淋巴水肿的患者。
2.淋巴管造影术结果显示患者的淋巴系统状况适合进行超显微淋巴管-静脉吻合（LVA）手术。
3.患者能理解研究的目的和过程，并愿意参与整个研究过程，包括术前评估、手术、术后评估和随访。
4.患者性别、种族和社会经济状况等不作为入组的限制条件，以保证研究的广泛适用性。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with early or late secondary lymphedema.
2.The results of lymphangiography showed that the patient's lymphatic system condition was suitable for performing ultra microscopic lymphatic vein anastomosis (LVA) surgery.
3.The patient understands the purpose and process of the study and is willing to participate in the entire research process, including preoperative evaluation, surgery, postoperative evaluation, and follow-up.
4.Gender, race, and socio-economic status of patients are not considered as restrictive conditions for inclusion to ensure the broad applicability of the study.

排除标准：

1.对淋巴管造影剂或手术麻醉药物过敏的患者。
2.淋巴管造影术结果显示患者的淋巴系统状况不适合进行LVA手术。
3.存在严重心脏病、肝病、肾病或其他重大疾病，可能影响手术的安全性或术后恢复的患者。
4.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。
5.无法理解研究的目的和过程，或无法配合完成整个研究过程的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are allergic to lymphatic contrast agents or surgical anesthetics.
2.The results of lymphangiography showed that the patient's lymphatic system condition was not suitable for LVA surgery.
3.Patients with severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or other major illnesses that may affect the safety of surgery or postoperative recovery.
4.Pregnant or lactating women.
5.Patients who are unable to understand the purpose and process of the research, or who are unable to cooperate in completing the entire research process.
