研究目的：

本项目的主要目标是进一步绘制胰腺癌口腔微生物群谱、胰腺肿瘤内微生物谱，描述其具体分布特点及对比分析，为后续相关研究奠定基础，为进一步改善胰腺癌患者术后预后提供新的治疗思路及方向。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this project is to further map the oral microbiota profile of pancreatic cancer and the microbiota profile within pancreatic tumors, describe their specific distribution characteristics and conduct comparative analysis, laying a foundation for subsequent related research and providing new treatment ideas and directions for further improving the postoperative prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

试验组纳入标准： a. 年龄18 -80岁； b. 因胰腺占位性病变于我院行根治性手术治疗； c. 术前三个月内未行抗生素治疗； d. 术后病理证实为胰腺导管腺癌； e. 无围手术期死亡； f. 研究方案患者本人知情同意。 对照组纳入标准： a. 年龄18 -80岁； b. 术前三个月内未行抗生素治疗； c.研究方案患者本人/患者家属知情同意。 d.胰腺周围疾病但需同时切除健康正常胰腺者；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: a. Age: 18 -80 years old; b. Underwent radical surgical treatment for pancreatic space-occupying lesions in our hospital; c. No antibiotic treatment was received within three months before the operation; d. Postoperative pathology confirmed it as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; e. No perioperative deaths; f. The patient gave informed consent to the research protocol. Inclusion criteria for the control group: a. Age: 18 -80 years old; b. No antibiotic treatment was received within three months before the operation; c. Informed consent of the patient himself/herself/the patient's family members. d. Patients with peripancreatic diseases who need to have their healthy and normal pancreas removed simultaneously;

排除标准：

试验组排除标准： a. 证实有消化道溃疡、炎症性肠病、胃食管返流等消化道疾病； b. 患者随访资料不完整； c. 患者因各种原因中途退出该研究方案。 对照组排除标准： a. 证实有消化道溃疡、炎症性肠病、胃食管返流等消化道疾病； b. 存在全身系统性疾病或肿瘤疾病； c. 患者随访资料不完整； d. 健康胰腺对照来源者由于外伤/疾病原因导致胰腺出现损伤或疾病； e. 患者/患者家属因各种原因中途退出该研究方案。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: a. Confirmed to have digestive tract diseases such as peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastroesophageal reflux; b. The follow-up data of the patients is incomplete; c. The patient withdrew from the research program halfway for various reasons. Exclusion criteria for the control group: a. Confirmed to have digestive tract diseases such as peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastroesophageal reflux; b. Presence of systemic diseases or tumor diseases throughout the body; c. The follow-up data of the patients is incomplete; d. Healthy pancreatic control source: Pancreatic injury or disease caused by trauma/disease; e. The patient/the patient's family members withdrew from the research program halfway for various reasons.
