研究目的：

1. 通过流行病学现状抽样调查分析广东省公立幼儿园48月龄-<72月龄（4-5岁）儿童的不同年龄儿童扁平足、拇外翻、XO型腿的发(患)病率、症状、体征，及发(患)病率与性别、体重、家庭背景等因素的相关性。 2. 对筛查出有症状的可塑性儿童扁平足采用3D打印矫形鞋垫（即足部固定器，下同）进行干预，或不加任何干预随访观察，用前瞻性随机对照临床试验方法评价干预的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through a sampling survey of the current epidemiological situation, an analysis was conducted on public kindergartens in Guangdong Province for children aged 48 months. The incidence rate, symptoms and signs of flat feet, hallux valgus and X-shaped legs in children of different ages aged 72 months (4-5 years), as well as the correlation between the incidence rate and factors such as gender, weight and family background. 2. For children with symptomatic plastic flat feet screened out, 3D printed orthopedic insoles (i.e., foot fixators, the same below) were used for intervention, or no intervention was followed up for observation. The effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated by prospective randomized controlled clinical trials.

Inclusion criteria

1.Research on the Current Epidemiological Status of Flat Feet 2.Preschool children in kindergartens in Guangdong Province 3.Parents sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.僵硬性扁平足 2.有智力障碍，不能依从干预措施 3.有严重足部真菌感染尚未治愈 4.存在神经或肌肉病变

Exclusion criteria：

1.Stiff flat feet 2.Has intellectual disabilities and is unable to comply with intervention measures 3.There is a severe fungal infection of the foot that has not yet been cured 4.There are nerve or muscle disorders
