研究目的：

本研究实验旨在评价意大利阿利发有限公司(Alifax s.r.l)生产的HB&L微生物快速培养仪应用激光散射法监测细菌生长和计数及其配套试剂对尿液样本的细菌培养结果，对比目前传统细菌培养方法结果的一致性、TAT时间的比较及其临床应用价值，以及对比快速尿细菌培养结果与尿常规检查感染指标（白细胞脂酶、亚硝酸盐、尿沉渣细菌、酵母菌等）在尿路感染诊治中的性能比较、为引进微生物检验新技术应用于日常细菌培养检验工作，提高微生物检验报告时效性和灵敏度，促进抗菌药物合理应用提供临床评估验证数据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research experiment is to evaluate the HB&L microbial rapid culture instrument produced by Alifax s.r.l. and its application of laser scattering method for monitoring bacterial growth and counting, as well as its accompanying reagents in urine sample bacterial culture results. It aims to compare the consistency of current traditional bacterial culture methods, the comparison of TAT time, and their clinical application value. Additionally, it compares the performance of rapid urine bacterial culture results with infection indicators in urine routine examination (such as white blood cells, lipase, nitrite, bacteria in urine sediment, yeast, etc.) in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections. Moreover, it provides clinical evaluation and verification data for introducing new microbial testing technologies into daily bacterial culture testing work, improving the timeliness and sensitivity of microbial test reports, and promoting the rational use of antibacterial drugs.

纳入标准：

1.尿常规中白细胞酯酶、亚硝酸盐、尿沉渣-WBC白细胞、尿沉渣-BACT细菌、尿沉渣-YLC类酵母细胞有任意一项异常；
2.患者经临床诊断，标本来源符合尿路感染疾病表现；

Inclusion criteria

1.Any abnormality in the following items in the urine routine test: leukocyte esterase, nitrite, WBC (white blood cell) in urine sediment, BACT (bacteria) in urine sediment, and YLC (yeast cells) in urine sediment;
2.The patient was clinically diagnosed, and the source of the specimen was consistent with the manifestations of urinary tract infection disease.

1.严重浑浊标本；
2.血性标本；

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表上有关受试者数据应以受试者编码方式记录，受试者只能通过受试者编码或其姓名首字母缩写识别。 本研究采用EXCEL表进行数据管理，从数据录入到源数据的核查要求到质控数据的质疑解答，最后到数据锁定及导出的操作、确认数据无疑问后，各方签署数据库锁定申请表，由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。数据库锁定后，由数据管理员导出分析数据库，交统计人员进行统计分析。锁定后的数据不可再编辑，数据库锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中修正。

The data of the subjects recorded on the case report form should be in the form of subject codes. The subjects can only be identified by their subject codes or the initial letters of their names. This study uses an EXCEL table for data management. From data entry to the verification of source data, to the questioning and answering of quality control data, and finally to the operation of data locking and export, after the data is locked, all parties sign the database locking application form, and the data administrator locks the database. After the database is locked, the data administrator exports the analysis database and hands it over to the statistician for statistical analysis. The data after locking cannot be edited anymore. After the database is locked, if problems are found, they can be corrected in the statistical analysis program after confirmation.
