研究目的：

进一步规范和全面治疗管理ADPKD患者，提高患者的生活质量，缓解和治疗巨大囊泡造成的腰腹胀痛和破裂出血，感染，肾功能衰竭。  

Objectives of Study：

To further standardize and comprehensively manage patients with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD), improve their quality of life, alleviate and treat the abdominal and lumbar pain caused by large cysts, as well as complications such as rupture and bleeding, infections, and renal failure.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.多囊肾、多囊肝较大囊肿大于5cm造成压迫症状者，腰腹部胀痛、表皮可见巨大包块者； 2.多囊肾、多囊肝造成进食困难、呃逆返流严重可致呕吐者； 3.间断镜下及肉眼血尿不能缓解； 4.肝肾囊泡增长快速巨大、伴随不能控制的高血压及心衰； 5.囊肿伴有出血或者感染者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Polycystic kidney and polycystic liver with large cysts larger than 5cm causing compression symptoms, lumbar and abdominal distension and pain, and huge masses on the epidermis; 2. Polycystic kidney disease and polycystic liver cause difficulty in eating, hiccups and regurgitation that can lead to vomiting; 3. Intermittent microscopic and gross hematuria cannot be relieved; 4. Liver and kidney vesicles grow rapidly and hugely, accompanied by uncontrollable hypertension and heart failure; 5. Cysts accompanied by bleeding or infection.

排除标准：

1.多囊肾、多囊肝较大囊肿大于5cm造成压迫症状者，腰腹部胀痛、表皮可见巨大包块者。 2.与输尿管相通的肾盂源性囊肿; 3.先天性肝内胆管囊状扩张症或与肝内胆管相通的肝囊肿; 4.聚多卡醇/聚桂醇、酒精过敏者; 5.有严重心脑血管疾病、严重精神障碍，依从性差，不能耐受治疗者; 6.抗凝治疗期间、有出血倾向、凝血功能障碍者; 7.肝门部血管或肾动静脉瘤样扩张、假性动脉瘤、动静脉畸形等囊性病变; 8.没有安全穿刺路径、不能避开重要血管、胆管及重要结构者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Polycystic kidney and polycystic liver with large cysts larger than 5cm and causing compression symptoms, such as abdominal distension and pain, and huge masses on the epidermis. 2. Renal pelvis cyst communicating with the ureter; 3. Congenital intrahepatic bile duct cystic ectasia or liver cyst communicating with intrahepatic bile ducts; 4. People who are allergic to polidocanol/polycinyl alcohol and alcohol; 5. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe mental disorders, poor compliance, and inability to tolerate treatment; 6. Those who have bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction during anticoagulation therapy; 7. Cystic lesions such as hilar blood vessels or renal arteriovenous dilation, pseudoaneurysm, arteriovenous malformations, etc.; 8. Those who do not have a safe puncture path and cannot avoid important blood vessels, bile ducts and important structures.
