研究目的：

通过构建潜变量增长曲线模型，拟合老年2型糖尿病患者认知衰弱发展轨迹，并探讨营养状况与认知衰弱发展轨迹的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

By constructing latent variable growth curve models, we fitted the developmental trajectory of cognitive frailty in older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and examined its association with nutritional status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；2.符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2013年版）》规定的T2DM诊断标准；3.患者无严重精神疾病，可以进行正常言语交流及执行动作性指令者；4.患者自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 60 years; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for T2DM specified in the Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2013 Edition); 3.Absence of severe psychiatric disorders, with preserved ability for verbal communication and execution of motor instructions; 4.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往明确痴呆、卒中、癫痫史；2.近6个月大手术或颅脑损伤史；3.合并恶性肿瘤、颅内动脉瘤、严重糖尿病急慢性并发症、严重自身免疫疾病和全身急慢性感染；4.不可复苏的临终状态。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of confirmed dementia, stroke, or epilepsy; 2.Major surgery or traumatic brain injury within the past 6 months; 3.Comorbid malignancies, intracranial aneurysms, severe acute/chronic diabetic complications, severe autoimmune disorders, or systemic acute/chronic infections; 4.Nonresuscitable terminal illness.
