研究目的：

目前，基于深度学习算法的图像分析技术在医学领域的应用处于起步阶段，尚无针对可视化气管插管方向的探索。因此，我们设想回顾性收集可视喉镜、可视管芯、纤维支气管镜下多方位、多角度的上呼吸道图像，利用深度学习算法分析图像，以期实现可视化插管过程中的实时图像分析和跟踪，达到协助医生分析镜下视野位置和结构的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, the application of deep learning algorithm-based image analysis technology in the medical field is still in its infancy, with no prior exploration specifically targeting visualized intubation procedures. Therefore, we propose to retrospectively collect multi-directional and multi-angle upper airway images obtained through videolaryngoscopy, videostylet, and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Utilizing deep learning algorithms to analyze these images, we aim to achieve real-time image analysis and tracking during visualized intubation. This approach is intended to assist physicians in identifying anatomical structures and determining positional relationships within the endoscopic view.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2024年12月至2025年4月期间在复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院浦江院区行全麻诱导或清醒状态下气管内插管的患者；ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级；年龄18-80岁；气管内插管时采用可视插管工具录像。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia induction or in a conscious state at Pujiang Campus of Eye & ENT Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from December 2024 to April 2025; ASA physical statusⅠ-Ⅱ; aged 18-80 years; video recording was performed with visual intubation tools during endotracheal intubation.

排除标准：

患者或监护人拒绝参加研究；手术推迟或取消；录像损坏或质量不佳，解剖结构不清晰者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients or their guardians refuse to participate in the study; surgery is postponed or canceled; video recordings are damaged or of poor quality, with unclear anatomical structures.
