探究早发与晚发胰腺神经内分泌瘤危险因素、预后、临床病理及代谢特征的差异性  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring differences in risk factors, prognosis, clinicopathological, and metabolic characteristics between early- and late-onset pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年满18岁及以上； 2.手术或活检病理证实为胰腺神经内分泌瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 years or older; 2. Histopathologically confirmed pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor by surgical resection or biopsy.

排除标准：

1.病理诊断为胰腺神经内分泌癌； 2.患者病理数据不完整，无法获取肿瘤分级； 3.患者就诊前已经接受抗肿瘤治疗； 4.除胰腺神经内分泌瘤外，具有其他恶性肿瘤病史或同时合并其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma; 2. Incomplete pathological data; 3. Received antitumor treatment prior to presentation; 4. With other malignanies or malignant history.

住院信息系统获取患者临床、病理和代谢数据，预后数据通过随访获取。所有录入数据均有专人负责管理并严格保密。

Clinical, pathological, and metabolic data were obtained from the hospital information system, and prognostic data were collected through follow-up. All entered data were managed by designated personnel and kept strictly confidential.
