研究目的：

1.构建血液透析患者认知障碍发展轨迹，揭示不同轨迹组人群特点及危险因素; 2.了解血液透析患者在认知改变过程中的经历、心理变化、应对方式等内容。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct the development trajectory of cognitive impairment in hemodialysis patients, and to reveal the characteristics and risk factors of different trajectory groups. 2. Understand the experience, psychological changes, and coping methods of hemodialysis patients in the process of cognitive change.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁； 2.每周透析3次，每次透析时间>=3.5小时，血流量200~300ml/min，透析液流速500ml/min； 3.知情并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Dialysis 3 times a week, each dialysis time >=3.5 hours, blood flow rate 200~300ml/min, dialysate flow rate 500ml/min; 3. Informed and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.危重症患者； 2.因视力、听力及肢体功能障碍无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Critically ill patients; 2. Those who cannot cooperate with the investigation due to vision, hearing and limb dysfunction.
