探究ANXA2在胆汁淤积性肝病中的作用，并解析其分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of ANXA2 in cholestatic liver disease and analyze its molecular mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80岁；性别不受限； 2.胆汁淤积病肝病患者； 3.生物样本库保存的样本符合研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-80 year-old; Both men and wemon; 2. Patients with cholestatic liver disease; 3. The samples stored in the biological sample bank meet the requirements of the research.

排除标准：

1.合并其他基础肝病患者；
2.弱势群里：包括孕妇，儿童，哺乳期妇女，精神障碍，文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge patients with other underlying liver diseases;
2.The disadvantaged groups: include pregnant women, children, lactating women, those with mental disorders, and illiterate individuals, etc.
