探讨初次全膝关节置换术后1年内遗忘关节评分的动态演变轨迹及其影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the dynamic evolution of the Forgotten Joint Score and its influencing factors within one year following primary total knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2023年5月1日后于我院行初次TKA的患者； 2.住院期间留存电话中有1个以上电话能接通的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent primary TKA in our hospital after May 1, 2023; 2. Patients with at least one accessible phone number among those retained during hospitalization.

排除标准：

1.既往行TKA手术患者； 2.不能接受长期电话随访患者； 3.年龄超过85岁患者； 4.随访时间未满1年或随访过程中死亡的患者； 5.电话持续无法接通或持续关机患者; 6.术后出现感染的患者; 7. 2个月以内行对侧TKA手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of TKA surgery; 2. Patients unable to accept long-term telephone follow-up; 3. Patients over 85 years of age; 4. Patients with a follow-up duration of less than 1 year or who died during follow-up; 5. Patients whose phone calls were persistently unreachable or whose phones were persistently powered off; 6. Patients with postoperative infection; 7. Patients who underwent contralateral TKA surgery within 2 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

整个试验过程严格执行临床试验质量管理规范，所有纸质 CRF 记录完整、 真实、清晰、客观后将试验数据输入计算机，锁定数据后储存。病例报告表（CRF） 由研究者填写，每位入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由研究者 进行数据录入与管理工作。数据录入后，病例报告表的内容不再做修改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The whole trial process strictly implemented the good clinical practice quality management, all paper CRF records were complete, true, clear and objective, the trial data were input into the computer, and the data were stored after locking. The case report form (CRF) was completed by the investigators and was mandatory for each enrolled patient. Data entry and management of completed case-report forms were performed by the investigators. No changes were made to the contents of the case report form after data entry.
