研究目的：

对免分腿完全侧卧位与截石分腿位输尿管软镜联合负压吸引鞘碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果进行对比研究，以评估其在输尿管软镜联合负压吸引鞘碎石术治疗上尿路结石术中的临床效果差异，为推动上尿路结石的手术治疗方法的进一步改进和优化提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effects of flexible ureteroscopy combined with negative pressure sheath lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones in the complete lateral position without split legs and the flexible ureteroscopy combined with negative pressure sheath lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones, and to provide a basis for further improvement and optimization of surgical treatment methods for upper urinary tract stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁以上； 2.肾结石及输尿管上段结石患者，满足手术指征，于我院行输尿管软镜碎石术； 3.术前签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old; 2. Patients with kidney stones and upper ureteral stones, meet the surgical indications, and undergo flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in our hospital; 3. Signed informed consent form before surgery.

排除标准：

1.BMI≥40 kg/m2； 2.输尿管中下段结石； 3.恶性肿瘤病史； 4.肾脏结构异常或脊柱畸形； 5.随访数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI >= 40 kg/m^2; 2. Middle and lower ureteral stones; 3. History of malignant tumors; 4. Abnormal kidney structure or spinal deformity; 5. Incomplete follow-up data.
