研究目的：

观察维生素B6是否能降低腰椎手术高危患者术后恶心呕吐（postoperative nausea and vomiting, PONV）发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe whether vitamin B6 can reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in high-risk patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-65岁； 2. ASA分级1～3级； 3. 拟在全麻下行择期1～3节段后路腰椎融合术的患者； 4. PONV高风险患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2.ASA classification levels 1-3; 3. Patients who plan to undergo elective 1-3 segment posterior lumbar fusion surgery under general anesthesia; 4.PONV high-risk patients.

排除标准：

1.对维生素B6过敏； 2.长期使用止吐药或糖皮质激素； 3.术前长期服用维生素B6 三个月以上的患者； 4.怀孕或哺乳； 5.其他可能导致恶心呕吐的疾病（如肝炎或胃溃疡）； 6.拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to vitamin B6; 2.Long term use of antiemetic drugs or glucocorticoids; 3. Patients who have been taking vitamin B6 for more than three months before surgery; 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Other diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting (such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers); 6. Refuse to participate in the research.
