研究目的：

1.主要目的：监测失血患者的光电容积脉搏波（PPG）信号，融入深度机器学习算法，构建一套能实时反映失血患者状况的早期失血代偿储备评估模型。 2.次要目的：将所构建的失血代偿储备评估模型与传统评估模型进行对比，分析二者在预测失血患者预后方面的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

I. Primary Objective: To construct an early hemorrhagic compensatory reserve assessment model by monitoring photoplethysmography (PPG) signals in hemorrhagic patients and integrating deep learning algorithms, enabling real-time reflection of patient status. II. Secondary Objective: To compare the predictive value of the constructed hemorrhagic compensatory reserve assessment model versus conventional assessment models in forecasting clinical outcomes of hemorrhagic patients.

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁； 明确失血患者； 同意参加研究者

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years; 2.Clinically confirmed hemorrhagic patients; 3.Participants providing informed consent.

排除标准：

高血压者； 既往长期低血压者； 心血管疾病患者； 孕妇； 艾滋病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hypertensive individuals?; 2.?Patients with chronic hypotension?; ?3.Cardiovascular disease patients?; ?4.Pregnant women?; ?5.HIV-positive individuals.
