研究目的：

本研究旨在验证基于高灵敏光谱技术与自体荧光识别技术的实时诊断系统对嗜酸性粒细胞型鼻息肉（eCRSwNP）的无创分型效能及安全性，结合人工智能深度学习模型，更好的实现术前快速、实时、无创的分型，以解决当前依赖术后病理分型导致的治疗滞后和复发率高的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to verify the non-invasive typing efficacy and safety of a real-time diagnostic system based on high-sensitivity spectroscopy technology and autofluorescence recognition technology for eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (eCRSwNP). Combined with an artificial intelligence deep learning model, it aims to better achieve rapid, real-time, and non-invasive preoperative typing, so as to address the problems of delayed treatment and high recurrence rate caused by the current reliance on postoperative pathological typing.

纳入标准：

1.18岁-65岁的男性和女性受试者； 2.受试者术前通过鼻内镜、CT或MRI确诊为CRSwNP（符合EPOS 2020诊断标准）； 3.凝血功能正常（PT、APTT、血小板计数在正常范围内）； 4.无严重心肺功能障碍或其他影响全身麻醉和手术耐受性的合并症； 5.育龄女性必须在研究期间及试验治疗结束后4周内采取适当的医学避孕措施； 6.患者有良好的依从性，自愿参加本临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female subjects aged 18-65 years; 2. Subjects were diagnosed with CRSwNP by nasal endoscopy, CT or MRI before surgery (meeting EPOS 2020 diagnostic criteria); 3. Normal coagulation function (PT, APTT, platelet count within normal range); 4. No severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other comorbidities affecting general anesthesia and surgical tolerance; 5. Women of childbearing age must take adequate medical contraception during the study period and within 4 weeks after the end of trial treatment; 6. Patients have good compliance, voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.非慢性鼻窦炎的其他鼻腔鼻窦疾病者（如鼻腔肿瘤、真菌性鼻窦炎、鼻部外伤后畸形）； 2.就诊时存在凝血功能障碍、免疫缺陷或长期使用抗凝/抗血小板药物者，女性处于月经期间者； 3.就诊时1月内口服糖皮质激素者； 4.既往接受过鼻内镜手术或鼻部放疗者； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性，或合并严重全身性疾病（如未控制的高血压、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全）； 6.临床资料不完整，或术后随访数据缺失； 7.研究者认为受试者不适合参加试验的任何其他情况； 8.治疗依从性不佳的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other nasal and paranasal sinus diseases excluding chronic rhinosinusitis (such as nasal tumors, fungal sinusitis, and post-traumatic nasal deformities); 2.Patients with coagulation dysfunction, immunodeficiency, or long-term use of anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs at the time of visit, and females during menstruation; 3.Patients who have taken oral glucocorticoids within 1 month prior to the visit; 4.Patients with a history of nasal endoscopic surgery or nasal radiotherapy; 5.Pregnant or lactating women, or those with severe systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, hepatic or renal insufficiency); 6.Patients with incomplete clinical data or missing postoperative follow-up data; 7.Any other conditions deemed by the researcher as making the subject unsuitable for participating in the trial; 8.Patients with poor treatment compliance.
