研究目的：

本研究旨在比较吲哚菁绿荧光造影显像模式与普通白光模式腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果，为临床应用提供参考价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the application effects of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging mode and the ordinary white light mode in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to provide reference value for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁； 2.知情及同意配合此项研究的患者； 3.有腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术指征； 4.无严重肝肾功能指标异常； 5.合并HIV感染，目前抗病毒治疗； 6.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-80 years old; 2. Patients who are informed and agree to cooperate with this study; 3. Indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery; 4. No severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function indicators; 5. Combined HIV infection, currently undergoing antiviral treatment; 6. Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.不同意加入此项研究的患者； 2.有手术禁忌证，不宜行LC手术者； 3.合并胆道恶性肿瘤； 4.术前进行吲哚菁绿皮试发生严重过敏反应； 5.妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not consent to participate in this study; 2. Those with contraindications for surgery and unsuitable for undergoing LC surgery; 3. Those with concurrent malignant tumors of the biliary tract; 4. Those who experienced severe allergic reactions during the preoperative indocyanine green skin test; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
