本研究的目的是通过前瞻性、随机对照试验，评价富血小板血浆在促进肺叶切除术患者术后恢复中的效果。 1.评估 PRP 在减少术后漏气中的作用 2.评估 PRP 在减少术后胸腔积液中的作用 3.评估 PRP 对术后感染的预防作用 4.评估 PRP 在改善术后生活质量中的作用 5.为临床实践提供科学依据  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of platelet-rich plasma in promoting postoperative recovery in patients undergoing lobectomy through a prospective, randomized controlled trial. 1.Evaluate the role of PRP in reducing postoperative air leakage 2. Evaluate the role of PRP in reducing postoperative pleural effusion 3. Evaluate the preventive effect of PRP on postoperative infection 4. Evaluate the role of PRP in improving the quality of life after surgery 5. Provide scientific basis for clinical practice

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18 岁至 80 岁之间的男性或女性患者。 2.诊断为需要进行肺叶切除术的患者，包括但不限于肺癌、良性肺部肿瘤或其他需要手术治疗的肺部疾病。 3.肺功能评估：肺功能测试结果显示患者具备手术耐受性 4.血常规检查结果显示患者的各项血液指标在正常范围内 5.肝功能正常 6. 心电图（ECG）和超声心动图（Echocardiogram）检查结果显示心脏功能正常或轻度异常，未有严重心脏病史。 7.患者能够并愿意术前一天抽取 150ml 静脉血用于制备富血小板血浆（PRP）。 8.患者自愿参与本研究，并已详细了解研究内容、过程、可能的风险和收益。 9.无严重的精神或心理障碍，能够配合完成整个研究过程。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male or female patients aged between 18 and 80. 2. Patients diagnosed as requiring lobectomy, including but not limited to those with lung cancer, benign lung tumors or other lung diseases that require surgical treatment. 3. Pulmonary function assessment: the results of the pulmonary function test show that the patient is tolerant to the surgery 4.The results of the blood routine test show that all the patient's blood indicators are within the normal range 5. Normal liver function 6.The results of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiogram tests show that the heart function is positive,there are often or only mild abnormalities, and no history of serious heart disease. 7. The patient is capable and willing to have 150ml of venous blood drawn one day before the operation for the preparation of platelet-rich plasma (PRP). 8. The patient voluntarily participated in this study and has thoroughly understood the study content, process, possible risks and benefits. 9. No serious mental or psychological disorders, and able to cooperate to complete the entire research process.

排除标准：

1.有严重凝血功能障碍的患者； 2.对血液制品过敏的患者； 3.术前已使用其他影响术后愈合的药物或治疗的患者； 4.其他研究人员认为不适合参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients allergic to blood products; 3. Patients who have used other drugs or treatments that may affect postoperative healing before the operation; 4. Situations where other researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in this study.
