研究目的：

本研究旨在通过在抑郁症患者中进行运动处方的干预，抑制机体炎症反应，改善抑郁症患者治疗效果。设计科学、合理、有效的抑郁症运动处方，为临床工作人员进行运动干预提供合理的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to intervene with exercise prescription in patients with depression, suppress the body's inflammatory response, and improve the treatment effect of depression patients.Design a scientific, reasonable, and effective exercise prescription for depression, providing a reasonable plan for clinical staff to carry out exercise intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合国际疾病分类第10版（ICD-10）中的抑郁症诊断标准； 2. 首次发病，未服用过抗抑郁药及其他精神病药物； 3. 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD17）评分≦24分； 4. 年龄18～65周岁，性别不限，小学及以上文化程度； 5. 入院前1个月未参加有规律的有氧运动； 6. 对本研究知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); 2. First onset of illness, without taking antidepressants or other psychiatric medications; 3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD17) score <= 24 points; 4. Age range of 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited, primary school education or above; 5. Not participating in regular aerobic exercise for one month before admission; 6. Provide informed consent for this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他精神障碍者; 2. 目前患有严重的躯体疾病或药物依赖者； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4. 对运动疗法极度排斥者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge individuals with other mental disorders; 2. Currently suffering from serious physical illnesses or drug dependence; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who strongly reject exercise therapy.
