1.FTC 131I治疗疗效影响因素 2.FTC远处转移的影响因素； 3.分析伴有远处转移FTC131I治疗疗效影响因素、癌症特异性死亡风险因素、癌症特异性生存分析； 4.碘难治FTC的预测因素； 5.炎症指数与临床病理特征的疗效预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Factors Influencing the Efficacy of 131I Therapy in Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma (FTC). 2.Predictors of Distant Metastasis in FTC. 3.Comparative Analysis of 131I Therapeutic Efficacy in FTC with vs. without Distant Metastasis. 4.Predictive Factors for Radioiodine-Refractory FTC. 5.Inflammatory Indices and Clinicopathological Features: A Predictive Model for Treatment Outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受甲状腺全切术/次全切术；
2.术后病理结果为滤泡性甲状腺癌；
3.至少行1次131I治疗；
4.首次131I治疗后随访时间大于6个月，病例资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Underwent total/near-total thyroidectomy;
2.Postoperative pathology confirmed follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC);
3.Received at least one course of 131I therapy;
4.Complete follow-up data for >6 months after initial 131I treatment;

排除标准：

1.存在未能治愈的其他恶性肿瘤的患者；
2.研究者认为可能影响参与临床试验的任何疾病或其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other incurable malignancies;
2.Any medical condition or circumstance deemed by investigators to potentially affect trial participation;
