研究目的：

通过分析 CI-AKI 患者尿胞外囊泡差异 miRNAs/蛋白与疾病发生发展的关系，评估其在 CI-AKI 早期诊断、病情监测及远期预后方面的临床价值，为发掘尿胞外囊泡 miRNA 作为下一代生物标志物提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the relationship between differential miRNAs/ proteins in extracellular vesicles of patients with CI-AKI and the development and progression of the disease, to evaluate their clinical value in early diagnosis, disease monitoring and long-term prognosis of CI-AKI, and to provide help for the exploration of extracellular vesicles miRNA as the next generation biomarkers.

纳入标准：

自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书，年龄≥18 岁，行冠状动脉介入手术。

Inclusion criteria

Willing to participate in this trial and signed informed consent, >=18 years old, coronary interventional surgery.

排除标准：

1.无尿； 2.严重的尿路感染； 3.泌尿系结石或肿瘤； 4.重度肾功能不全需血液透析者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. no urine; 2. Severe urinary tract infection; 3. urinary calculi or tumors; 4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency requiring hemodialysis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据通过病例报告表记录。根据《药物临床试验质量管理规范》指导原则，研究者/研究机构将保存所有 CRF、以及从每一个受试者收集到的所有原始记录。并同步于临床试验公共管理 平台ResMan。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data for this study were recorded using the case report form (CRF).In accordance with the guidelines of the Drug Clinical Trial Quality Management Practice, the investigator/institution will maintain all CRFS and all original records collected from each subject.And synchronized with the clinical trial public management platform ResMan.
