提出一种基于门静脉盆的新型 S4 亚节段分类法，并评估其在腹腔镜疏肝切除术 (LSLR) 中的适用性  

Objectives of Study：

Proposing a novel S4 subsegmental classification method based on the portal vein basin and evaluating its applicability in laparoscopic segmental liver resection (LSLR)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁，因疾病（如肝肿瘤、肝胆管结石等）需行CT、MRI或三维重建的患者； （2）CT图像质量：层厚≤1.25 mm，动脉期、门脉期及延迟期完整； （3）患者相关疾病未累计肝脏S4段，未导致S4段解剖改变

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged >=18 years who need CT, MRI or three-dimensional reconstruction due to diseases (such as liver tumors, hepatolithiasis, etc.); (2) CT image quality: slice thickness <=1.25 mm, intact arterial phase, portal phase and delayed phase; (3) The patient's related diseases did not accumulate liver S4 segments, and did not cause anatomical changes of S4 segments

排除标准：

（1）既往有肝脏S4手术史或介入治疗史； （2）疾病（如门静脉癌栓）等导致S4门静脉显影不清； （3）图像分辨率低或CT图像存在运动伪影或对比剂外渗影响分析。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) previous history of liver S4 surgery or interventional therapy; (2) unclear visualization of S4 portal vein due to diseases such as portal vein tumor thrombus; (3) analysis of the influence of low image resolution or motion artifacts or contrast agent extravasation in CT images.
