研究目的：

研究旨在识别与剖宫产相关的产妇特征、妊娠合并症及胎儿因素，并进一步比较自主选择剖宫产与有明确医学指征剖宫产在产妇特征、妊娠合并症及胎儿因素等方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to identify maternal characteristics, pregnancy complications, and fetal factors associated with cesarean delivery, and further compares these factors between women who undergo cesarean delivery by maternal request and those with clear medical indications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于上海市第一人民医院产检且分娩； 2.孕妇及丈夫均为中国人； 3.单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1. Received prenatal care and delivered at Shanghai General Hospital; 2. Both the pregnant woman and her husband are Chinese; 3. Singleton pregnancy.

排除标准：

1.未在上海市第一人民医院产检或分娩； 2.孕妇本人或丈夫是外籍人士； 3.双胎或多胎妊娠； 4.早产流产者； 5.产检资料缺失20%及以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Did not receive prenatal care or did not deliver at Shanghai General Hospital; 2. The pregnant woman or her husband is a foreign national; 3. Twin or multiple pregnancy; 4. Preterm birth or miscarriage; 5. Missing 20% or more of prenatal care data.
