研究目的：

I-gel喉罩是一种声门上气道装置，具有产生气道密封的解剖学形状特点，不需要充气。已经用于常规选择性麻醉，也已被使用在院前急救气道中。i-gel首次置管成功率从78%到93%不等，两次尝试成功率84-100%。当多次尝试时，i-gel可能导致由口腔或声门上结构的创伤。舌的折叠是阻碍i-gel植入的主要障碍。我们假设拇指引导技术可以减少舌的折叠，减少喉罩和舌头之间的阻力，i-gel喉罩可以更顺利地进入后下咽 。因此我们设计了一项临床试验，比较四种i-gel喉罩植入方法（标准法，90°旋转技术，180°旋转技术和拇指引导技术）的成功率，为临床工作提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The I-gel laryngeal mask is a supraglottic airway device that has an anatomically shaped shape that produces an airway seal and does not require inflation. It has been used for routine selective anesthesia and has also been used in the prehospital emergency airway. The success rate of i-gel catheterization ranges from 78% to 93% for the first time and 84-100% for two attempts. When attempted multiple times, i-gel can cause trauma to structures in the mouth or supraglottic. The folding of the tongue is the main obstacle to i-gel implantation. We hypothesize that the thumb guidance technique can reduce the folding of the tongue, reduce the resistance between the laryngeal mask and the tongue, and the i-gel laryngeal mask can enter the posterior hypopharynx more smoothly. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to compare the success rates of four i-gel laryngeal mask implantation methods (standard method, 90° rotation technique, 180° rotation technique, and thumb guidance technique) to provide guidance for clinical work.
