研究目的：

本研究旨在探究不同压力水平筋膜加压带对慢性踝关节不稳（CAI）男性大学生踝关节稳定性的急性时效性影响。基于CAI患者存在本体感觉缺失、动态控制能力下降的核心缺陷，以及筋膜加压带可通过增强神经输入与血流再灌注改善功能的机制，提出以下核心目标： 1. 验证干预必要性：明确单次筋膜加压带是否能即时改善CAI患者的动/静态稳定性（Y-Balance、COP参数）及本体感觉（踝关节位置觉误差）； 2. 优化干预参数：对比150mmHg（低压）与200mmHg（高压）的效果差异，为CAI群体筛选安全有效的压力阈值； 3. 建立时效模型：解析干预后0–45分钟内的效应变化规律，确定最佳作用窗口（如20分钟峰值效应）。 本研究将为CAI患者提供一种低成本、易操作的急性稳定性提升方案，弥补传统长期康复训练的时效性局限。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the acute timeliness effect of fascial compression bands at different pressure levels on ankle stability in male college students with chronic ankle instability (CAI). Based on the core deficits of proprioception loss and decreased dynamic control in patients with CAI, and the mechanism that fascial compression bands can improve function by enhancing nerve input and blood flow reperfusion, the following core goals are proposed: 1. Verify the necessity of intervention: to determine whether a single fascial compression band can immediately improve the dynamic/static stability (Y-Balance, COP parameters) and proprioception (ankle position perception error) in CAI patients; 2. Optimize the intervention parameters: compare the effect difference between 150mmHg (low pressure) and 200mmHg (high pressure), and screen safe and effective pressure thresholds for the CAI population; 3. Establish a timeliness model: analyze the effect change law within 0–45 minutes after the intervention, and determine the optimal action window (such as 20-minute peak effect). This study will provide a low-cost, easy-to-operate acute stability improvement program for patients with CAI, and make up for the limitation of the timeliness of traditional long-term rehabilitation training.

纳入标准：

1. 北京体育大学18-30岁之间男性大学生； 2. 踝关节存在不稳和/或力弱和/或反复扭伤； 3. 近3个月内无踝关节扭伤，近3个月内未行其他治疗； 4. Cumberland慢性踝关节不稳问卷（Cumberland ankle instability tool,CAIT）得分<24分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male college students aged between 18 and 30 at Beijing Sport University 2. There is instability and/or weakness in the ankle joint and/or repeated sprains 3. There has been no ankle sprain in the past three months, and no other treatments have been received in the past three months 4. The score of the Cumberland ankle instability tool (CAIT) was less than 24

排除标准：

1. 乳胶/橡胶过敏； 2. 3个月内有下肢肌肉骨骼疾病损伤史； 3. 有下肢手术史、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病或处在术后恢复期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Latex/rubber allergy; 2. There is a history of lower limb musculoskeletal disease injury within 3 months; 3. Patients with a history of lower limb surgery, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or those in the postoperative recovery period.

采用随机数字表法对受试者进行分组，首先将 36 例受试者从 1 开始编号到 36，然后从随机数字表中的任一行、任一列开始，如从第 2 行、第 5 列开始，以此读取 3 位数作为一个随机数录入编号下面，再将全部选出的随机数从小到大进行编序号，规定序号1-12为中压组（N=12）、序号13-24高压组（N=12）、序号25-36对照组（N=12）。

The subjects were grouped using the random number table method. First, the 36 subjects were numbered from 1 to 36. Then, starting from any row or column in the random number table, such as the second row or the fifth column, three-digit numbers were read as random numbers and entered under the numbers. Finally, all the selected random numbers were numbered in ascending order. It is stipulated that numbers 1 to 12 are the medium-pressure group (N=12), numbers 13 to 24 are the high-pressure group (N=12), and numbers 25 to 36 are the control group (N=12).

盲法：

由于干预特性，干预执行者无法设盲。但结局评估者对分组信息保持盲态。数据统计人员在分析阶段同样不知晓分组标签（数据以‘Group 1/2/3’替代真实组名）。安慰剂组使用弹性绷带缠绕，外观与筋膜加压带相似，以减少受试者预期偏倚。

Blinding：

Due to the nature of the intervention, the intervention implementer cannot be blinded. However, the outcome evaluators remained blind to the grouping information. Data statisticians were also unaware of the Group labels during the analysis stage (the data replaced the real group names with 'Group 1/2/3'). The placebo group was wrapped with elastic bandages, which looked similar to fascia compression bands, to reduce the expected bias of the subjects.
