研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨股阻滞和腰硬联合麻醉对下肢静脉功能不全患者静脉内消融过程中镇痛、血流动力学和活动的影响。为患者提供更优质更安全的麻醉方式，提高患者满意度和舒适度，减少不良反应的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effects of femoral block and combined lumbar anesthesia on pain relief, hemodynamics and activity during intravenous ablation in patients with lower extremity venous insufficiency. To provide patients with better and safer anesthesia, improve patient satisfaction and comfort, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师学会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级 2.拟行大隐静脉腔内激光闭合术 3.年龄18-75岁 4.BMI：18-30 kg/m^2

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III 2. Proposed intraluminal laser closure of the great saphenous vein 3. Age 18-75 years old 4.BMI:18-30 kg/m^2

排除标准：

1.孕妇，精神疾病患者或无法配合患者 2.操作区域有感染 3.局麻药过敏 4.COPD及其他呼吸系统疾病患者，凝血功能障碍及其他严重系统疾病患者 5.下肢术前存在麻木感者 6.患者中途退出试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women, patients with mental illness or unable to cooperate 2. There is an infection in the operating area 3. Allergy to local anesthetics 4. Patients with COPD and other respiratory diseases, coagulation dysfunction and other serious systemic diseases 5. Those who have numbness in the lower limbs before surgery 6. Patients who drop out of the trial midway
