研究目的：

本研究采用Meta分析的方式提取早产儿宫外发育迟缓的危险因素并构建早产儿宫外发育迟缓的预测模型，再进一步转化为具体可行的评分表，并通过临床数据对评分工具进行外部验证和风险分层，旨在为医护人员及时识别高风险宫外发育迟缓早产儿，并对其采取预防性干预措施提参考工具  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, Meta-analysis was used to extract the risk factors for extrauterine growth restriction (EUGR) in preterm infants, and a prediction model for EUGR in preterm infants was constructed. Furthermore, the model was transformed into a specific and feasible scoring table. External validation and risk stratification of the scoring tool were conducted using clinical data. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference tool for medical staff to timely identify preterm infants at high risk of EUGR and take preventive intervention measures for them.

纳入标准：

1. 出生时胎龄<37 周和/或出生体质量<2500 g； 2. 出生后 24小时内入住 NICU； 3. 在本医院顺利出院患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gestational age < 37 weeks at birth and/or birth weight < 2500 g; 2. Admitted to NICU within 24 hours after birth; 3. Children who were successfully discharged from this hospital.

排除标准：

1.合并复杂型先天性心脏病、遗传代谢性疾病、先天性消化道系统畸形者； 2.临床资料缺失或者不完整者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with complicated congenital heart disease, hereditary metabolic diseases, or congenital digestive system malformations; 2. Those with missing or incomplete clinical data.
