研究目的：

构建和验证基于机器学习的模型，以识别影响因素并预测胫骨平台骨折后创伤性关节炎的发生。通过分析来自多个中心的患者数据，我们的目标是开发预测模型，帮助临床医生早期识别和管理创伤性关节炎高风险患者。  

Objectives of Study：

Machine learning-based models were constructed and validated to identify influencing factors and predict the occurrence of traumatic arthritis after tibial plateau fracture. By analyzing patient data from multiple centers, our goal is to develop predictive models that help clinicians identify and manage patients at high risk of traumatic arthritis at an early stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据临床症状及影像学检查明确为胫骨平台骨折的患者； 2.临床资料完整者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with tibial plateau fracture according to clinical symptoms and imaging examination; 2. Complete clinical data;

排除标准：

1.合并有严重肝脏疾病、慢性肾脏疾病、恶性肿瘤； 2.既往影像学及症状提示患有膝关节骨性关节病的患者； 3.陈旧性胫骨平台骨折； 4.既往膝关节手术病史的患者； 5.合并有风湿、类风湿、痛风、小儿麻痹等疾病的患者； 6.合并有其他部位骨折者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe liver disease, chronic kidney disease, malignant tumor; 2. Patients with previous imaging and symptoms suggesting knee osteoarthropathy; 3. Old tibial plateau fracture; 4. Patients with a history of previous knee surgery; 5. Patients with rheumatism, rheumatoid, gout, polio and other diseases; 6. Patients with fractures in other parts.
