研究目的：

本研究旨在通过构建出血性卒中患者肠内营养喂养不耐受风险预测模型，使临床护理人员早期识别高风险患者并采取干预措施，以减少喂养不耐受发生率，降低并发症发生率，促进患者康复。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a risk prediction model for enteral nutrition feeding intolerance in patients with hemorrhagic stroke, enabling clinical caregivers to early identify high-risk patients and implement interventions, in order to reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance, decrease the rate of complications, and promote patient recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑血管病防治指南（2024年版）中对于出血性脑卒中的定义，经头颅CT或MRI确诊，且为首次发作； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.入室48 h内行早期肠内营养且接受肠内营养时间>=7天。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the definition of hemorrhagic stroke in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition), confirmed by CT or MRI of the head, and the first onset; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Early enteral nutrition within 48 hours of entering the room and receiving enteral nutrition for >=7 days.

排除标准：

1.存在肠内营养禁忌症； 2.存在胃肠道手术史、肠道感染； 3.接受非商品化肠内营养制剂； 4.临床数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications to enteral nutrition; 2. History of gastrointestinal surgery, intestinal infection; 3. Accept non-commercial enteral nutrition preparations; 4. Lack of clinical data.
