研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性地调查中山大学附属第三医院儿童发育行为中心住院部中被诊断为孤独症的儿童，探查同时合并选择性缄默的儿童占比，并且尝试分析与选择性缄默患儿、孤独症患儿相比，孤独症合并选择性缄默患儿的临床特征，以期加深广大孤独症医疗工作者对孤独症谱系障碍合并选择性缄默诊断的认识，也为孤独症的亚型研究提供更丰富的临床资料，为其干预方案的调整提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively investigated the children diagnosed with autism in the inpatient department of the Child Developmental Behavior Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, explored the proportion of children with concurrent selective mutism, and attempted to analyze the clinical characteristics of children with autism combined with selective mutism compared with children with selective mutism and children with autism. In order to deepen the understanding of autism spectrum disorder combined with selective mutism diagnosis, and to provide more clinical data for the study of autism subtypes, to provide clinical basis for the adjustment of intervention programs.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为孤独症谱系障碍或选择性缄默的儿童；
2.年龄为4岁至14岁；
3.已签署医疗数据及剩余标本使用知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or selective mutism;
2.The age range is 4 years and 14 years;
3.Informed consent for the use of medical data and remaining specimens has been signed;

排除标准：

1.IQ＜70者；
2.诊断为ID/GDD者；
3.诊断为ADHD者；
4.其他重大精神疾病或躯体疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.IQ < 70;
2.The diagnosis is ID/GDD;
3.The diagnosis is ADHD;
4.Other major mental or physical illnesses;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据采集主要通过中山大学附属第三医院信息管理系统或者儿童发育行为中心档案室门诊档案收集，并登记在病历记录表中。研究团队会为每位受试者建立纸质个人档案，每位受试者有专属的个人档案号，档案号会隐去受试者的真实姓名，有特定的命名方式由专人命名。由团队成员定期整理每位受试者的个人档案，确保个人档案中的病例报告表、评估原件及报告的完整性，并及时查漏补缺。所有的个人档案被储存在我科的指定位置并上锁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collected in this study were mainly collected through the information management system of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University or the outpatient archives of the archives room of the Child Developmental Behavior Center, and registered in the medical record form. The research team will set up a paper profile for each subject, and each subject will have a personal profile number, which will hide the subject's real name, and have a specific naming method by a person. The team members shall sort out the personal files of each subject regularly, ensure the completeness of the case report form, the original evaluation and the report in the personal files, and timely check the gaps and fill in the gaps. All personal files are stored in a designated location in our section and locked.
