纳入标准：

第一部分：参与照料的家庭成员（父辈与祖辈）均神智正常，普通话沟通无障碍，身体无残障，三代同堂，孙辈出生孕周>37w；父辈年龄大于18岁，祖辈年龄小于70岁，均知情同意。 第三部分：参与照料的家庭成员（父辈与祖辈）均神智正常，普通话沟通无障碍，身体无残障，三代同堂，孙辈出生孕周>37w；父辈年龄大于18岁，祖辈年龄小于70岁，均知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Part 1: The family members (parents and grandparents) involved in the care are all sane, have no barriers to communication in Mandarin, have no physical disabilities, three generations live together, and the gestational age of grandchildren is > 37w; Parents are older than 18 years old and grandparents are younger than 70 years old, and they are all informed and consenting.
