研究目的:

本研究旨在通过半定量视觉评分法评估血管周围间隙扩大(EPVS)程度,以探究脑静脉回流障碍患者的脑内类淋巴功能,并进一步分析影响EPVS严重程度的潜在相关因素。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to evaluate the degree of enlarged perivascular spaces (EPVS) using a semi-quantitative visual rating scale, in order to investigate glymphatic function in patients with cerebral venous outflow disturbance. Furthermore, potential factors associated with the severity of EPVS will be analyzed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18周岁,性别不限;
2.头颈增强MR静脉成像(CE-MRV)、头颈增强CT静脉成像(CE-CTV)或数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查明确诊断为脑静脉回流障碍(颅内静脉窦或颈内静脉局限性狭窄)或非脑静脉回流障碍(颅内静脉窦或颈内静脉生理性纤细);
3.临床资料完整;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years, no gender restriction; 2.Diagnosis confirmed by enhanced MR venography (CE-MRV), enhanced CT venography (CE-CTV), or digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as either cerebral venous outflow disturbance (CVOD, defined as localized stenosis of intracranial venous sinuses or internal jugular veins) or non-CVOD (physiological hypoplasia of intracranial venous sinuses or internal jugular veins); 3.Complete clinical data available;

排除标准:

1.合并颅内静脉窦或颈内静脉血栓形成;
2.未接受颅内外动脉系统影像学检查;
3.合并颅内动脉或颅外动脉中-重度狭窄(狭窄程度≥50%);
4.未接受3.0T头颅MRI检查,包括T1加权成像(T1WI)、T2加权成像(T2WI)、液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)及扩散加权成像(DWI);
5.既往有脑梗死、脑出血、颅脑外伤或神经外科手术史;
6.合并颅内血管畸形、颅内感染、颅内占位性病变、严重脑萎缩或脑积水等;
7.入组前已接受颅内静脉窦/颈内静脉球囊成形术或支架植入术;
8.合并严重心功能不全或恶性肿瘤;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with concurrent intracranial venous sinus or internal jugular vein thrombosis; 2.No imaging examination of intracranial/extracranial arterial system; 3.Presence of moderate-to-severe intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis (>=50% lumen narrowing); 4.Absence of 3.0T brain MRI examination, including T1-weighted imaging (T1WI), T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI); 5.History of cerebral infarction, intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, or neurosurgical procedures; 6.Presence of intracranial vascular malformations, intracranial infections, space-occupying lesions, severe cerebral atrophy, or hydrocephalus; 7.Prior treatment with intracranial venous sinus/internal jugular vein balloon angioplasty or stenting; 8.Severe cardiac dysfunction or malignant tumor;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

选择电子记录表格进行数据采集,录入数据时双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对,所有分歧数据均由第三位资深研究者进行最终裁定。电子数据文件应分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Electronic case report forms (eCRFs) were selected for data collection, with dual independent entry performed by two operators using separate computers, followed by two rounds of database verification. All discrepant data were adjudicated by a third senior investigator. Electronic data files were categorized and stored with multiple backups maintained on separate disks or storage media to ensure proper preservation and prevent data corruption.
