研究目的：

明确基于血清 circRNAs、eccDNAs等联合检测在胃癌早期诊断中的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the clinical value of serum circRNAs, eccDNAs and other combined detection in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究人员在医院病历系统查询、筛选（根据纳入、排除标准）并记录所有适合入组人群。筛选合格的胃癌患者，留取患者术前血常规/生化常规检查后的剩余标本以备实验，在患者根治性术后、手术室病理科获取胃癌组织及配对癌旁组织标本。筛选合格的胃炎患者，在检验科取血液检验后剩余标本，进行血清分离，冻存，以备实验。筛选合格的健康人群，在检验科取血液检验后剩余标本，进行血清分离，冻存，以备实验。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Researchers will screen and identify all eligible participants by reviewing the hospital medical record system in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and record the relevant information. For eligible gastric cancer patients, residual blood samples from routine preoperative hematological/biochemical tests will be collected for future experiments. Gastric cancer tissues and matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues will be obtained from the pathology department after radical surgery. For eligible gastritis patients, residual blood specimens from routine laboratory tests will be collected in the clinical laboratory, followed by serum separation and cryopreservation for future experiments. For eligible healthy individuals, residual blood specimens from routine laboratory tests will also be collected, and serum will be separated and cryopreserved for future experiments. 

纳入标准：

1、胃癌患者的合格受试者必须符合以下所有标准： （1）经病理证实为胃癌 （2）术前未接受任何抗癌治疗（包括放化疗、免疫治疗、靶向治疗等） （3）具有完整的临床、病理资料 （4）无既往胃癌病史及治疗史 2、胃炎患者合格受试者必须符合以下所有标准：（1）胃镜检查确诊明确经胃镜检查诊断为慢性胃炎（如慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎）；（2）既往无肿瘤病史 （3）具有完整的临床资料 3、健康人的合格受试者必须符合以下所有标准： （1）体检证实无疾病 （2）既往无肿瘤病史 （3）具有完整的临床资料

Inclusion criteria

Eligible gastric cancer patients must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of gastric cancer (2) No prior anticancer treatment before surgery (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy) (3) Complete clinical and pathological data available (4) No history of gastric cancer or prior related treatment Eligible gastritis patients must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Diagnosis of chronic gastritis confirmed by endoscopy (e.g., chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis) (2) No prior history of malignancy (3) Complete clinical data available Eligible healthy controls must meet all of the following criteria: (1) No evidence of disease confirmed by physical examination (2) No prior history of malignancy (3) Complete clinical data available

排除标准：

（1）术前接受放化疗或免疫治疗或靶向治疗 （2）临床信息缺失 （3）既往患有其他恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative chemotherapy or immunotherapy or targeted therapy. (2) Lack of clinical information. (3) Suffering from other malignant tumors in the past.

Index test:

In this study, real-time quantitative PCR will be used to detect the expression levels of gastric cancer tumor markers circRNAs, eccDNAs, etc. The instruments used include NanoDrop? One, Qubit Fluorometer (Qubit 4), and Real-Time PCR Detector (CFX96).
