探讨眼底微循环血管灌注情况与脑白质病变严重程度的相关性，探讨眼底微循环血管灌注情况与脑白质病变患者认知障碍程度的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between the perfusion of fundus microcirculation vessels and the severity of leukodystrophy, and the correlation between the perfusion of fundus microcirculation vessels and the degree of cognitive impairment in patients with leukodystrophy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据《中国脑血管病专家共识》，完成符合“脑白质增生”诊断的头部MRI检查；

Inclusion criteria

1.completion of a head MRI examination consistent with the diagnosis of "cerebral white matter hyperplasia" according to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Cerebral Small Vessel Disease;

排除标准：

1.存在青光眼，视网膜穿孔或脱离，或视神经水肿；
2.无法合作完成认知和情绪量表评估；
3.严重的肝肾疾病、肿瘤疾病、感染性疾病或自身免疫性疾病；
4.神经系统疾病，如帕金森病、多发性硬化症或周围神经病变；

Exclusion criteria：

1.presence of glaucoma, retinal perforation or detachment, or optic edema;
2.inability to cooperate in completing cognitive and emotional scale assessments;
3.severe liver and kidney diseases, tumor diseases, infectious diseases, or autoimmune disorders;
4.neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or peripheral neuropathy;
