研究目的:

1. 研究在高血压合并代谢综合征人群及不合并代谢综合征人群中粪便组学、糖萼图谱及环境污染物水平差异。 2. 以代谢综合征分层,研究高血压人群中粪便组学、糖萼图谱及环境污染物与心肾疾病的相关性。 3. 研究粪便组学、糖萼图谱及环境污染物对心肾疾病发生发展的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Comparative Analysis of Fecal Metabolomics, Glycocalyx Profiles, and Environmental Pollutant Levels Between Hypertensive Patients With and Without Metabolic Syndrome. 2. Stratified by Metabolic Syndrome Status: Investigating Associations of Fecal Metabolomics, Glycocalyx Integrity, and Environmental Pollutants With Cardiorenal Diseases in Hypertensive Populations. 3. Elucidating Molecular Mechanisms Linking Fecal Metabolome, Glycocalyx Dysfunction, and Environmental Pollutants to Cardiorenal Disease Pathogenesis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18岁,性别不限;
2.既往明确诊断高血压,且体检常规检测血常规、尿常规、便常规检查者;
3.受试者或监护人能够理解且愿意遵守研究方案要求和流程,自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years, without gender restriction; 2.Previously confirmed diagnosis of hypertension, with routine health examination records including complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, and stool analysis; 3.Participants or legal guardians capable of understanding and willing to comply with study protocols, who voluntarily participate and provide written informed consent.

排除标准:

1.孕期及哺乳期妇女;
2.合并严重器官功能障碍或极度衰弱患者;
3.研究者认为不适合参加本临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Patients with severe organ dysfunction or extreme debilitation;
3.Other conditions deemed ineligible by the investigator for this clinical trial.
