研究目的：

开发和验证一个结合临床因素、传统 MRI 特征和基于 MRI 的影像组学特征用于鉴别小肾肿瘤良恶性的预测模型，以及对恶性小肾肿瘤的危险分级进行术前评估的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Development and validation of a predictive model integrating clinical factors, conventional MRI features, and MRI-based radiomics features for distinguishing benign from malignant small renal tumors (≤4 cm), as well as a preoperative assessment model for risk stratification of malignant small renal tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经病理证实的肾肿瘤患者； 2. 术前 30 天内行 MRI 检查； 3. 肾肿瘤在 MRI 上测量的最大直径≤4 cm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Histologically confirmed renal tumor; 2. Availability of multiparametric MRI within 30 days preceding surgery; 3. Tumor size <=4 cm in maximal diameter on MRI.

排除标准：

1. 术前接受过如靶向治疗、免疫治疗等其他抗癌治疗； 2. MRI 图像质量差，难以进行感兴趣区域(ROI)勾画及影像组学特征提取； 3. 不存在任何实性成分的肾囊肿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receipt of neoadjuvant therapy (targeted/immunotherapy); 2. Poor MRI image quality compromising ROI delineation and radiomics feature extraction; 3. Pathologically confirmed simple cysts.
