研究目的：

①了解手术室护士信息技术压力、护理信息能力与职业倦怠的现状； ②分析智慧医疗环境下手术室护士职业倦怠的影响因素； ③探讨手术室护士信息技术压力、护理信息能力与职业倦怠之间的关系，从积极心理学和组织行为学的角度寻找护理人力资源管理的新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

① To understand the current status of information technology stress, nursing information competence, and occupational burnout among operating room nurses; ② To analyze the influencing factors of occupational burnout among operating room nurses in the smart healthcare environment; ③ To explore the relationship between information technology stress, nursing information competence, and occupational burnout of operating room nurses, and to seek new models of nursing human resource management from the perspectives of positive psychology and organizational behavior.

Inclusion criteria

In-service operating room nurses; Directly participate in the operation of smart healthcare systems (e.g., electronic medical records, AI navigation devices); Length of service >= 1 year

排除标准：

见习、实习、进修或转科护士

Exclusion criteria：

Probationary nurses, student nurses, nurses on advanced studies, or rotating nurses
