研究目的：

本研究旨在建立一个基于PET/CT时序性影像组学的预测模型，用于早期、动态、准确地判别弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）患者的复发难治性情况。通过这一模型，希望能够为这类患者选择合理的治疗方案，改善预后提供有利条件，并推动影像组学技术在临床肿瘤学中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a prediction model based on temporal radiomics of PET/CT, which is used to early, dynamically, and accurately identify the recurrence and refractoriness of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Through this model, it is hoped that favorable conditions can be provided for choosing reasonable treatment plans for such patients, improving prognosis, and promoting the application of radiomics technology in clinical oncology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁，经病理确诊为弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）。
2.接受过 R-CHOP 等标准一线治疗方案。
3.具备完整的临床数据（含基线特征、治疗方案、复发难治信息）和 PET/CT 影像资料（至少包含基线、中期疗效评估及随访期图像）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 18 years old and pathologically diagnosed with diffuse large B - cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2.Have received standard first-line treatment regimens such as R-CHOP; 3.Have complete clinical data (including baseline characteristics, treatment regimens, recurrence and refractoriness information) and PET/CT imaging materials (including at least baseline, mid-term efficacy assessment and follow-up images).

排除标准：

1.合并其他类型恶性肿瘤。
2.PET/CT 影像质量不佳（如运动伪影严重、病灶显示不清）。
3.临床资料缺失关键指标（如病理亚型、治疗反应评估结果）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other types of malignant tumors; 2.The quality of PET/CT images is poor (such as severe motion artifacts and unclear lesion display); 3.Key indicators (such as pathological subtype, treatment response assessment results) are missing in the clinical data.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Standardized Case Record Forms (CRFs) are used to record detailed information, including patients’ baseline data (age, gender, pathological classification, etc.), PET/CT metabolic parameters (SUVmax, MTV, etc.), treatment process, and follow - up outcomes.
