研究目的：

1 观察不同配方麻醉药物在神经阻滞中的应用效果； 2 根据试验结果选择出合适剂量麻醉药物用于神经阻滞； 3 根据试验结果优化神经阻滞方案  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the application effects of different formulations of anesthetic drugs in nerve block; 2. Select the appropriate dosage of anesthetic drugs based on the test results for nerve block; 3. Optimize the nerve block protocol based on the test results.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受神经阻滞进行腹腔镜手术患者； 2.有完整临床记录的18-85岁患者； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）麻醉风险分级I-III。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with nerve block; 2. Patients aged 18-85 with complete clinical records; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia risk classification I-III.

排除标准：

1.有试验药物过敏史的患者； 2.麻醉禁忌证者； 3.有心、肺、肝、肾、血液等重要系统疾病的患者； 4.有沟通障碍或认知障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of drug allergy to experimental drugs; 2. Those with contraindications to anesthesia; 3. Patients with diseases in important systems such as heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood; 4. Patients with communication disorders or cognitive impairments.
