研究目的：

（1）制定LVAD植入患者自我护理标准化流程。 （2）构建基于模拟掌握学习法的健康教育模式。 （3）验证基于模拟掌握学习法的健康教育模式的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a standardized self-care process for patients with LVAD implantation. (2) Develop a health education model based on simulation mastery learning. (3) Validate the intervention effect of the health education model based on simulation mastery learning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次行LVAD植入术的患者；2.年龄≥18岁；3.术后转出重症监护室进入普通病房恢复期的患者；4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing LVAD implantation for the first time; 2. Age>= 18 years; 3. Patients transferred out of the intensive care unit to the general ward in the recovery period after surgery; 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.LVAD植入后出院再住院的患者；2.记忆、认知功能障碍者；3.照顾者为雇佣关系。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients readmitted to the hospital after LVAD implantation; 2. Patients with memory or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients whose caregivers are hired.
