研究目的：

明确不同神经根干对上述靶肌肉的支配特点，明确T1神经切断术后出现肌肉萎缩的原因；找到代表C8和T1的关键肌，有助于臂丛神经损伤C5-7损伤与C5-8损伤这两类损伤的鉴别，优化神经移位手术方案，提高手术的安全性和效果；在胸廓出口综合征诊治中确定压迫的部位与程度，指导手术减压的精确部位，为手术或保守治疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Clarifying the innervation characteristics of different nerve roots to the above-mentioned target muscles and the reasons for muscle atrophy after T1 nerve transection; identifying the key muscles representing C8 and T1 can help distinguish between C5-7 and C5-8 brachial plexus injuries, optimize nerve transfer surgical plans, and enhance the safety and efficacy of the surgery; in the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome, determining the location and degree of compression can guide the precise site of surgical decompression and provide a basis for surgical or conservative treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断为臂丛神经根性撕脱伤患者； 2.性别不限； 3.年龄 18～60 岁； 4.症状学诊断为全臂丛神经根性撕脱，神经定位与神经电生理、影像学相符； 5.经正规保守治疗无效者； 6.无明确手术禁忌症； 7.患者知情并同意进入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with definite diagnosis of brachial plexus root avulsion injury; 2.Gender is not limited; 3. Age of 18-60 years old; 4.The symptomatic diagnosis was total brachial plexus root avulsion, and the nerve injury location was consistent with neuroelectrophysiology and imaging. 5.Those who failed to respond to formal conservative treatment; 6.No definite contraindications to surgery; 7.The patient was informed and agreed to enter this study.

排除标准：

1. 肌肉失神经时间较长，超过18个月； 2. 合并患肢骨折； 3. 术区有炎症或感染的患者； 4. 不具备自主行为能力的患者； 5. 全身存在不可控制的活动性感染的患者； 6. 身体有其他疾病不允许进行手术治疗的患者； 7. 合并其他脑、脊髓、外周神经病变，可能干扰临床评估的患者；患者在术前需签署知情同意书，不同意签署的患者出组并顺延至下一位。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Muscle loss of nervation for a long time, more than 18 months; 2. Combined fracture of the affected limb; 3. Patients with inflammation or infection in the surgical area; 4. Patients who do not have the ability to act independently; 5. Patients with uncontrolled active infection throughout the system; 6. Patients with other diseases that do not allow surgical treatment; 7. Patients with other brain, spinal cord, and peripheral neuropathy that may interfere with clinical evaluation; Patients need to sign the informed consent form before surgery, and patients who do not agree to sign will be removed from the group and postponed to the next one.
