研究目的：

本研究拟以女性为研究对象，明确女性 INOCA 患者心肌缺血的影响因素；探讨焦虑抑郁与中青年女性冠脉微循环的相关性；基于心率储备阐明焦虑抑郁对女性 INOCA 患者自主神经功能的影响；若取得预期成果对女性心脏疾病的认识和防治有一定的临床价值和社会意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to take women as the research subjects to clarify the influencing factors of myocardial ischemia in female INOCA patients. To explore the correlation between anxiety and depression and coronary microcirculation in young and middle-aged women; To clarify the influence of anxiety and depression on the autonomic nerve function of female INOCA patients based on heart rate reserve; If the expected results are achieved, it will have certain clinical value and social significance for the understanding, prevention and treatment of female heart diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁；2.自愿签署知情同意书；3.有明确的胸闷、胸痛不 适症状；4.冠脉 CT 血管成像或冠脉造影显示无阻塞性病变（冠状动脉左前降支、 左回旋支及右冠状动脉及其主要分支狭窄程度＜50%）；5.静息+药物负荷心肌灌注 显像图像质量良好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 3. There are clear symptoms of chest tightness and chest pain. 4. Coronary CT angiography or coronary angiography shows no obstructive lesions (the degree of stenosis of the left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch and right coronary artery and its major branches is less than 50%). 5. The image quality of myocardial perfusion imaging at rest and under drug load is good.

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书；2.冠心病、肥厚性心肌病、扩张型心肌病、心脏瓣膜疾病、心力衰竭（左室射血分数＜50%）及其他先天性心脏疾病等；3.患有某些精神心理疾病或服用过相关药物者；4.有视听力、意识障碍等其他原因无法交流或者配合者；5.合并严重的肝肾疾病、重症感染等疾病的患者；6.临床资料记录不完善者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2. Coronary heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease, heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%), and other congenital heart diseases, etc. 3. Those who suffer from certain mental or psychological disorders or have taken related medications; 4.Those who have visual or hearing impairments, consciousness disorders or other reasons and are unable to communicate or cooperate; 5.Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, severe infections and other diseases; 6.Those with incomplete clinical data records.
